Right-of-Way Installations – Comment Sought
Legislation was introduced on August 21 to regulate installations in Gaithersburg’s public rights-of-way, particularly from companies looking to install telecommunications and wireless equipment and facilities. The regulations address all uses of rights-of-way to codify existing practices, but also to implement new standards for telecommunications facilities. A public hearing will be held on the matter on Monday, October 2 at 7:30 p.m. at City Hall. Comment can be made at the meeting or can be submitted in writing to [email protected] Explore the topic here.
